The specific device models eligible for the update are the SM-G960U and SM-G965U, which would be the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ designated for T-Mobile's network, respectively.
This OTA is essentially the Galaxy S9 line's software swan song as it's highly unlikely Samsung will be optimizing its upcoming Android 11 implementation for its 2018 flagships or giving them the One UI 2.5 update. Which isn't to say the devices will stop receiving regular security updates. Speaking of which, this latest One UI 2.1 release ships with the latest security patch level dated July 1st, 2020.
The OS upgrade is over 1.1GB in size, so it's recommended you download it over a stable Wi-Fi connection. If you haven't already received a notification prompt about its availability, you can always attempt a manual search by going to the Software update section of the Settings app, and then tapping the Download and install option on the following interface. If you need a reminder about what this update is all about, here's everything you need to know about One UI 2.1.
