The Galaxy Tab S7 was the first tablet series to get Samsung's June 2022 security update. Now, the South Korean firm has started rolling out the new software update to the Galaxy Tab Active Pro series in the UK.
The latest software update for the Galaxy Tab Active Pro comes with firmware version T540XXS3CVE1. For the LTE variant of the tablet, the new software comes with firmware version T545XXS3CVE1_B2BF. The update brings the June 2022 security patch that fixes over 66 privacy and security vulnerabilities found in Galaxy devices. It might also include general bug fixes and device stability improvements.
If you have a Galaxy Tab Active Pro and if you live in the UK, you can download and install the latest software update by heading over to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the respective firmware files mentioned above from our firmware database and flash them manually, depending on your model.
Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab Active in the second half of 2019 with Android 9 Pie on board. It received the Android 10 update in 2020 and the Android 11 update in 2021.
