A new software update is now available for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022). It comes with firmware version P613KOS7CXJ1 and the November 2024 security patch, which fixes over 50 security loopholes found in previous software versions. It does not bring any new features.

The new update is currently available only in South Korea but could expand to other countries in the next few weeks.

If you are a South Korean Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) user, you can now check for the new update on your tablet. To do that, navigate to Settings » Software update » Download and install on your tablet.

The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was launched in 2022 with Android 12 onboard. Since then, the tablet has received two major Android OS updates: Android 13 and Android 14. It also received the feature-rich One UI 6.1 update four months ago. It brought tablet-specific improvements to the device.

It might not get the Android 15 (One UI 7.0) update next year.
