Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy Tab S7 series. It's not the One UI 6.0 update, though, as the phone is not eligible for Android 14. The tablet is now getting the April 2024 security update, which makes the device more reliable and secure.
Galaxy Tab S7 gets April 2024 update in Europe and Latin America
The new software update for the Galaxy Tab S7 has been released in several European and Latin American countries. It comes bearing firmware version T875XXS5DXD1 and has a relatively smaller download size. It brings the April 2024 security patch to the tablet to fix a few dozen security vulnerabilities discovered in the previous software versions. The update doesn't bring any new features or performance enhancements.
If you have a Galaxy Tab S7 and live in Europe or Latin America, you should check for the new update on your tablet right away. You can do that by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.
