A few days ago, Samsung accidentally confirmed the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. Both tablets were listed on Samsung France's website. The design and specifications of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ were also leaked a few weeks ago. Now, the tablet's pricing seems to have been revealed, and it could be a lot higher than the Galaxy Tab S7 FE.
Galaxy Tab S9 FE could be costlier than Galaxy Tab S7 FE in India
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ will be launched in India, and according to tipster Roland Quandt, the entry-level Galaxy Tab S9 FE could be priced at INR 63,999 in India. That's almost twice the effective price of the entry-level version of the Galaxy Tab S7 FE (INR 33,999 after the INR 4,000 discount on select bank cards).
If the leaked information is correct, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE could be pricier than the base version of the Galaxy Tab S8 (INR 44,999 after a bank discount). If true, it could come as a shock to consumers who were interested in the Galaxy Tab S9 FE. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE could have a smaller screen than the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, which has a 12.4-inch screen.
The leaked design renders of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ suggest the tablet largely follows the Galaxy Tab S7 FE's design. It could have a metal unibody design and a slim profile. On the rear, though, it could have a dual-camera setup, an upgrade over the Galaxy Tab S7 FE's single-camera setup.
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ is expected to feature a 12.4-inch display, stereo speakers, an Exynos 1380 processor, and Android 13. The Exynos 1380 chipset is as powerful as the Snapdragon 778G in the 5G version of the Galaxy Tab S7 FE. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE will come in Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + 5G versions.
