Samsung has already confirmed that the company will host the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 27, 2023. The launch event will happen in South Korea for the first time, and Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5 at the event. And information about almost all the products that will be launched during the event has popped up online.

Along with the premium foldable and flip phones, Samsung is also going to unveil premium tablets, the Galaxy Tab S9 and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Right before their expected launch, both the Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra were spotted on the NBTC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission) website. The NBTC is responsible for regulating the broadcast and telecommunications industries in Thailand, particularly focusing on radio frequency regulations.

Both the Galaxy Tab S9 tablets will run on One UI 5.1.1 out of the box

As per the latest reports, two Samsung devices with model numbers SM-X716B and SM-X916B have been listed (via PriceBaba) on the website. These model numbers belong to the Galaxy Tab S9 and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, respectively. The NBTC certification of the Galaxy Tab S9 and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra also confirms their imminent launch at the Unpacked event.

Prior to this, it was confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S9 would come in a luxurious color, and the renders show that the tablet will feature a thin design with a notch. Moreover, the tablet will continue to support 45W fast charging. On the software front, users will get to experience One UI 5.1.1 on their Galaxy Tab S9 tablets out of the box.
