Over the past few months, it was rumored that Samsung will launch the Galaxy Watch FE, and it could be a rebranded version of the Galaxy Watch 4. Now, its design and features have leaked, and it is apparent that it is indeed a rebranded Galaxy Watch 4.
Galaxy Watch FE features and design
Reliable tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has posted the first set of images of the Galaxy Watch FE, along with its features. The upcoming smartwatch can be seen in three colors in these images: Black, Blue, and Pink. You can see the leaked images below. Its silicon wrist band has colorful bits towards their connector.
The Galaxy Watch FE will be available in 40mm size. It features a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 396 x 396 pixels. It has the Exynos W920 dual-core processor, 1.5GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage. It runs Wear OS 4-based One UI 5 Watch software.
It has GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC. It also reportedly features an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, BIA sensor, ECG, gyro, and a heart rate monitor. It is said to be powered by a 247mAh battery that is claimed to offer up to 30 hours of battery life on a single charge. It has magnetic wireless charging, similar to all previous Galaxy Watch models.
The Galaxy Watch FE is also said to feature an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance (up to 50m). It also appears to have an MIL-STD-810H-compliant design. It has two buttons on the right side, similar to existing Galaxy Watches.

Samsung could unveil the Galaxy Watch FE official during its next Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event on July 10, 2024. The smartwatch could sit beside the Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch 7 Classic, and the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra to complete the company's smartwatch lineup for 2024.
