Samsung has started rolling out the November 2021 security update to the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The update is rolling out in various African and Asian countries, including Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Georgia, India, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the UAE, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
The latest software update for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 (SM-F711B) comes with firmware version F711BXXS2AUJB. The firmware version for the Korean variant of the phone is F711NKSU2AUJ7. The update also includes general bug fixes and device stability improvements, along with the November 2021 security patch that fixes dozens of privacy and security-related vulnerabilities.
If you are a Galaxy Z Flip 3 user in any of the countries mentioned above, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually. More countries could get the Galaxy Z Flip 3 update over the next few weeks.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy Z Flip 3 in August 2021 with Android 11-based One UI 3.1.1 onboard. It will get three major Android OS updates and monthly security updates.
