One of Samsung's most highly anticipated devices of the year has just leaked. These are the first Galaxy Flip 4 live images that have leaked online. They give us a good look at the design of this device.
If you were counting on major changes in the design department, you won't find much to be excited about. At first glance, it looks quite similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 3. There are some minor changes that do stand out, though.
Don't keep your fingers crossed for big design changes
Since the Galaxy Z Flip 3 brought significant design changes for Samsung's clamshell foldable, it's not surprising to see the company keep things business as usual in the design department. There are no major changes that stand out in this Galaxy Z Flip 4 leak.
Earlier reports have suggested that the device is going to have a slightly larger cover display. That's the impression that we do get from this Galaxy Z Flip 4 leak. The cover display appears to offer a larger screen real estate compared to the device's predecessor.
Other than that, the new device appears to look much the same like the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The metal frame and hinge stand out and so do the camera cutouts. This new matte grey color looks quite good, too.
We've exclusively reported that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will come in a 512GB variant. This is double the maximum storage capacity when compared to its predecessor. Like the model before it, it's unlikely that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is going to have a microSD card.
Samsung is due to unveil its new foldable smartphones in a couple of months. August is likely when we might see the company announce the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Until that happens, you can expect to see more leaks in the coming weeks.
