Samsung has released the May 2024 security update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4. This update comes a few weeks after the One UI 6.1 update with some Galaxy AI features was released for the foldable phone.
More countries and regions will get the same update in the next few days.
Galaxy Z Flip 4 gets May 2024 security update in Africa, Asia, and Europe
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 software update has started rolling out in African, Asian, and European countries. The update comes bearing firmware version F721BXXS7FXE4 and brings the May 2024 security patch that fixes a few dozen security vulnerabilities.
This new update is currently available in some countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Caucasus region, the Philippines, the UAE, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

How to install the May 2024 security update on Galaxy Z Flip 4?
If you have a Galaxy Z Flip 4 and live in any of the countries mentioned in the article above, you can now check for the new update on your device. To do that, navigate to Settings » Software update » Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
