Galaxy Z Flip 4 gets better performance in One UI 6.0 beta?
One UI 6.0 is chock-full of new features, from a new typeface and camera widgets to a redesigned Quick Toggle area and a new screen ON-OFF animation. There's a lot to digest about One UI 6.0, but interestingly enough, one user in South Korea says performance may have improved.
The Samsung Community user posted a couple of Geekbench results before and after the Galaxy Z Flip 4 received One UI 6.0. When running the One UI 6.0 beta firmware, the phone posted marginally better scores in single-core (1821 vs 1797 points) and multi-core (4530 vs 4476) tests.
However, this is within the margin of error, so if there really are any performance improvements, they're minimal.
As of this writing, the One UI 6.0 beta update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is available in South Korea, but we expect more countries to be joining soon.
