Samsung has released the stable version of Android 14 and One UI 6 for an impressive number of devices already, but things haven't been perfect. While some extremely affordable phones like the Galaxy A14 have gotten the update in some markets, owners of Samsung's 2021 and 2022 foldable flagships are still waiting for it.
And Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 owners have more waiting to do, as Samsung has just released a new One UI 6 beta update for the two devices. It's unclear why beta testing is taking so long for some Galaxy devices, but we're keeping our fingers crossed that Samsung will resolve any remaining issues soon.
The changelog for the third Fold 3 and Flip 3 One UI 6 beta update, which sports firmware version ZWKA, is pretty basic, with Samsung promising stability improvements and bug fixes as it has done for previous beta updates. The third beta made its debut in Korea today, and other countries where the beta program is offered will likely get it in a few hours.
To download the new beta update on your Galaxy Z Fold 3 or Galaxy Z Flip 3, open the Settings app on the phone, select Software update, then tap Download and install.
