Ahead of next month's Galaxy Unpacked 2022 launch event, images of both upcoming foldable phones from Samsung have been leaked. A few minutes ago, the Galaxy Z Flip 4's first press render was published by MySmartPrice. Now, 91Mobiles has published the first press render of the Galaxy Z Fold 4.
The high-resolution image was published by Evan Blass (@evleaks) on 91Mobile's website. It showcases the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in three colors: Black, Blue, and Gold/Cream. Similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 3, the upcoming flagship foldable phone from Samsung seems to feature a side-mounted fingerprint reader and a metal body. There also appears to be a SIM card tray on the left side of the phone.
According to previous leaks and rumors, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 features a thinner hinge, a lighter body, and slightly wider screens. The device runs Android 12 out of the box and comes equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It will have 12GB RAM and come in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB storage variants.
While its battery and charging speed haven't been upgraded, according to rumors, Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Z Fold 4 with better cameras than the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The upcoming phone is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, a 10MP selfie camera, and a 16MP (4MP in actual resolution) under-display camera.
We can expect the phone to come with the usual set of features seen on high-end Galaxy devices, including 5G connectivity, an IPX8 rating, UWB, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, Samsung Pay, Samsung DeX, and stereo speakers.
