Samsung has started rolling out the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 beta update to the Galaxy Z Fold 5. The update is currently available in India and the US. If you have a Galaxy Z Fold 5 in those countries, you can enroll your phone into the One UI 6.0 Beta Program via the Samsung Members app.

The first One UI 6.0 beta update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 comes with firmware version F946BXXU1ZWJ2. It is a huge update, clocking in almost 2.7GB, so you should prefer downloading it via a Wi-Fi network. Apart from Android 14, the update comes with the October 2023 security patch.
Once you've enrolled your Galaxy Z Fold 5 into the One UI 6.0 Beta Program, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install.
The Galaxy Z Fold 5 has become the first foldable phone from Samsung to get the One UI 6.0 beta update. The update might also be released to the Galaxy Z Flip 5. The company might also release the update to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in the coming weeks.
