Galaxy Z Fold 5 gets One UI 6.1.1 update more widely

Last week, Samsung released the One UI 6.1.1 update to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in South Korea. Earlier today, the update was released to the Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5 in countries outside of Samsung's home country. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 has started getting the update in Asia.

Galaxy Z Fold 5 gets One UI 6.1.1 update in more countries

The One UI 6.1.1 update is now available for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in Asia, starting with India and Malaysia. Other countries in Asia and Europe could also be getting this major software update right now. The update has a download size of over 2GB, and it brings several new Galaxy AI features and improvements to stock apps.

To download the update on your Galaxy Z Fold 5, navigate to the Settings » Software update menu and select the Download and install option. You can also download firmware for the device on SamMobile and use it to upgrade to the latest software manually using a Windows PC and a USB cable.
