According to a recent leak, Samsung is developing Galaxy F16 5G, an F-series version of the Galaxy A16 5G that it launched last year. As with every F-series rebranded version of the A-series device, the Galaxy F16 5G might have the same features as the Galaxy A16 5G except for a larger battery pack, and a slightly different design. However, there wasn’t much we knew about it. That’s changing today.
We have spotted the Galaxy F16 5G on Geekbench. It reveals a few key details about the upcoming phone. According to the listing, the phone has the m16xm motherboard, which is for the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. So, it has the same processor as the Galaxy A16 5G. It also reveals that the phone has 8GB RAM, which could be one of the memory configurations on offer, and Android 14.
The phone has scored 678 points in the single-core test and 1,902 points in the multi-core test. While other details about the Galaxy F16 5G are still unknown, as we mentioned earlier, expect it to have the same specifications as the Galaxy A16 5G.

The benchmark suggests that the development of the phone is almost complete, and Samsung could launch it very soon. Speaking of which, Samsung is making this phone exclusively for one of India’s e-commerce websites, Flipkart.
