Google's Game Dashboard feature is a one-stop shop for configuring your Android phone to best suit gaming. You can live-stream your gameplay, see the frame rate, turn off notifications to prevent them from disturbing you, or even choose a performance profile for optimal gaming. It also integrates Google Play Games features. However, it was limited to Pixel devices. A report confirms that Google will bring it to “select devices running Android 13.”
Folks at Android Police spotted some interesting details in Google's July 2022 update for Android. Under the Games section, the changelog states that “[Phone] Game Dashboard lets you choose longer battery life or higher performance, block out calls and notifications when playing, access Play Games achievements, and more. Available on select devices running Android T.”
Google Game Dashboard was initially introduced with the Android 12 update and was limited to Pixel phones. Other smartphone brands have their own versions of this feature that also have similar functionalities, including Samsung Game Launcher and Xiaomi Game Turbo.
Since the changelog mentions “select devices running Android 13,” this could also mean that some of the Samsung Galaxy devices and non-Pixel phones will also get it. However, it is unclear which specific phones might get the Google Game Dashboard.
