Google is all set to launch the Pixel 7 series and the Pixel Watch on October 6. The new devices were first showcased at the Google I/O 2022 event earlier this year. While all information about both devices is already out in the open, there are still questions about their availability and the price of the Pixel Watch. Thanks to a retailer source, we now have the details about the pricing of the Pixel Watch.

According to the retailer (via 9To5Google), the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi model of the Google Pixel Watch will start at a price of $349.99. The source also reveals details about all the colors the Pixel Watch will be available in for customers. The Wi-Fi/Bluetooth variant is available in Black/Obsidian, Silver/Chalk, and Gold/Hazel case and band colors, respectively.

Google's Pixel Watch will be more expensive and use a 2018 processor

On the other hand, the Pixel Watch LTE model is available in Black/Obsidian, Silver/Charcoal, and Gold/Hazel case and band colors, respectively. Talking about the Chalk color, it should be an off-white color compared to Charcoal, which has a dark gray shade. Obsidian is just black. To make things clearer, note that the first color references the body of the device, while the second is the band.

Interestingly, the Google Pixel Watch is going to cost you more than the recently launched Galaxy Watch 5, which packs in more features than the Pixel Watch. You can get the Galaxy Watch 5 40mm variant for $279 and the 44mm for $309. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 packs a sapphire display, Wear OS 3, and multi-day battery life. Although there is no official confirmation, the Pixel Watch will be powered by a chip from 2018 and have a smaller battery.

So, it would be interesting to see how the Google Pixel Watch fairs in the market given its price when established players like Samsung already have their best smartwatches up for sale.
