Official pre-order figures for the Galaxy S25 series aren't live yet, but in Korea, at least, the Galaxy S25 Ultra appears to be the biggest seller. The information comes from the Korean media citing an SK Telecom statement, so it doesn't cover all the S25 pre-sales in the country.
Korea's big three mobile carriers, SK Telecom, KT, and LG Uplus, have started taking pre-orders for Samsung's new Galaxy S25 series on January 24.
A day later, SK Telecom made a statement, revealing that the Galaxy S25 Ultra accounted for roughly 60-70% of early pre-orders. “The overall pre-order sales atmosphere is similar to that of the predecessor, the Galaxy S24,” claimed the mobile carrier (via ETNews).

This statement doesn't speak for the entire country, given that the 60-70% figure revealed by SK Telecom doesn't include the other two Korean carriers or pre-orders recorded through Samsung's online shop.
Nevertheless, it makes sense to estimate that the Galaxy S25 series was received in a similar fashion by pre-order customers nationwide.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is undoubtedly the most exciting variant of the three. While the base and Plus Galaxy S25 models have received mild upgrades, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is the only one to have been redesigned. As usual, the Ultra model has more features and a better camera combo.
In Korea, the Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at 1,698,400 won ($1,176) for the variant with the lowest amount of RAM and storage. The Galaxy S25 and S25+ start at 1,155,000 ($800) and $1,353,000 won ($937), respectively.
