LG has announced a new projector in the its CineBeam lineup, the CineBeam Qube (model number HU710PB). The latest announcement comes right after the company unveiled the QNED and QNED Mini LED TV lineups for 2024 and the MyView smart monitor series.
The CineBeam Qube uses RGB laser technology and features a 4K (3,840 x 21,60 pixels) resolution. It can project an image ranging between 50 inches and 120 inches. LG claims that it has 500 lumens brightness and a 450,000:1 contrast ratio. The projector also supports HDR10. It comes with the Auto Screen Adjustment feature which “automatically optimizes image placement and size” using the auto-focus technology.
The projector features an HDMI port with eARC and a UBS Type-C port. You can control the projector using an Android or an iOS smartphone. The CineBeam Qube measures 80 x 135 x 135mm and weighs 1.49 kilograms. It also has a 360-degree rotatable handle that makes it easier for you to move it around. LG will showcase the new projector at CES 2024, which will be held from January 9, 2024, to January 12, 2024, in Las Vegas.
The Head of Home Entertainment at LG Electronics, YS Lee, said “Great for spaces large and small, LG CineBeam Qube is a unique lifestyle projector possessing all the qualities consumers look for when choosing a new projection solution.
