Two more Galaxy A smartphones have received the March 2022 security update. Namely, the Galaxy A02s and the Galaxy A13. More specifically, the new update is rolling out for the Galaxy A02s with model number SM-A025G and the Galaxy A13 with model number SM-A135F.
As of this writing, the Galaxy A13 is getting the latest firmware update in Russia. Meanwhile, Samsung is updating the Galaxy A02s in more than a dozen European markets, including Italy, Romania, Spain, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Macedonia, Austria, and France.
Galaxy A13 customers can identify the new update by firmware number A135xXXU1AVC6. The Galaxy A02s is getting firmware version A025xXXS4BVC2. You'll get a notification on your phone once the update is available to download.
You can also try to trigger the update process from the Settings app on your Galaxy A by accessing “About phone” and “Software update.” Or you can head over to the firmware section on our website, download the new update and install it manually using Odin.
