Sometimes, an app's customization options are so seamlessly integrated that they become invisible, so much so that you might miss them. Today, we'll show you a neat trick in Samsung Notes many people seem to have missed.

By default, the toolbar in Samsung Notes is placed at the bottom of the screen. You may have looked inside the app's settings menu for options to change the toolbar's position before. But you've come up empty and given up on the idea.

You can, however, move the toolbar in Samsung Notes from the bottom of the screen to the top and vice versa.

You can even leave the toolbar undocked, floating anywhere on the screen. Better yet, it's simpler than you might think. Below is a short screen recording demonstrating how it works.

Are you surprised? Most people who learn about this the first time usually are. It's because dragging UI elements around isn't very common in Samsung's One UI and 1st party app design language.

Nevertheless, this exists, and you can indeed tap and hold, then drag and drop the Samsung Notes toolbar to change its position.
