Usually, when Samsung releases an update to a Galaxy S series, the brand offers it first to the base, Plus, and Ultra models, and then to the Fan Edition version. However, with the June 2026 security patch for the Galaxy S25 lineup, the company released it to the Galaxy S25 FE first yesterday. Fortunately, it didn't take long for the company to extend the update to the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
As is the case with most updates, Samsung is rolling out the June 2026 security patch for the Galaxy S25 lineup first in South Korea, its home country. It is 898.24MB, which is unusually large, and carries firmware version S93xNKSUACZF1 (via Tarun Vats). The tech giant should release it in other countries over the next few days. To get its availability and get it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
