New Galaxy Tab S10 FE series update brings August 2026 security patch

Samsung has started rolling out the August 2026 security update to the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+ in South Korea.

The patch fixes 56 security issues and applies to both Wi-Fi and cellular variants.

The tablets should reach other markets in the coming days, and both are eligible for One UI 9.0 based on Android 17.

Yesterday, Samsung released the August 2026 security patch for the Galaxy Tab S10 series. However, the brand offered it only to the Plus and Ultra models, and not the Fan Edition ones. That’s changing today.

Samsung has released new software updates for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ in its home country, South Korea. They bring the August 2026 security patch, which fixes 56 security issues present in the previous firmware.

The latest updates for the non-cellar and cellar variants of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ have firmware versions X520XXSACZH6/X526NKOSACZH6 and X620XXSACZH6/X626NKOSACZH6, respectively.

Usually, after releasing an update first in its home country, Samsung start rolling it out in other parts of the world a few days later. You can check for their availability by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.

It is worth pointing out that the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ are eligible to get One UI 9.0, Samsung’s latest custom Android interface. Based on Android 17, It brings a redesigned UI, more UI customisation options, and new features.
