As is tradition, leakers have effectively ruined the entire Galaxy S22 launch via a barrage of leaks. Earlier today, the first clear press render of the Galaxy S22 Ultra was leaked. Now, 91mobiles has stumbled upon some renders of the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Ultra that show us various colour variants of both devices.
The Galaxy S22 is pictured in four different colourways, namely green, pink gold, Phantom Black and Phantom White. However, we learned earlier that the Galaxy S22 would be offered in more colours, including light blue and beige, which could remain exclusive to Samsung's website or a few locales. Everything else in the renders, including the camera layout and form factor, is common knowledge at this point.
Samsung could offer the Galaxy S22 Ultra with fewer colour options at launch. The Phantom Black and Phantom White variants are here to stay, and they'll be joined by Burgundy, Green, and what looks like a shade of red. We've seen an all-red Galaxy S22 Ultra mockup not too long ago and one can only hope that it comes to fruition sooner rather than later.
While the above Galaxy S22 press renders give us a decent idea about the series' aesthetic, the real-world look almost always varies a little. Thankfully, we've seen the Phantom Black Galaxy S22 Ultra in the flesh recently, along with a Galaxy S22 dummy. Then again, the Galaxy S22 Ultra's beautiful paint job will almost certainly be obfuscated by a case, given its obnoxiously large camera setup.
We may, however, have to wait a few more weeks before seeing the Galaxy S22 series in action, as its launch has reportedly been pushed back. Until then, we'll be more than happy to satiate your Galaxy S22 needs by bringing you the latest news about the phones.
