Samsung has released a new beta version of its web browser. The company says that it brings general usability improvements with the latest update. Samsung Internet will now let users save more browsing history and autocomplete the URLs of frequently visited websites.
The new version of Samsung Internet Beta (v23.0.0.22) allows storing browsing history for a longer period. Until v21, the web browser allowed up to 500 entries of browsing history. With v22, the company extended the limit of storing browsing history by up to 60 days. With the new web browser version, Samsung is allowing users to save up to 90 days of their browsing history with unlimited entries.
Moreover, if you frequently visit a few websites without storing them in the Bookmarks or Quick Access folders, you would like the new version of Samsung Internet. It now autocomplete the URLs of websites that you have recently visited. So, you don't need to type the complete URL if you have visited that webpage earlier.
The latest version of Samsung Internet Beta can now be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Galaxy Store. It is a 118.54MB update, and most of its features will make it to the stable Samsung Internet update in the coming weeks.
