The Galaxy S23 Ultra can be seen in the first image that talks about the phone's 200MP primary camera, dazzling low-light images, 10x optical zoom with OIS, the 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, a 5,000mAh battery, and rich Galaxy ecosystem features. The Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ can also be seen in the rest of the images, showcasing its 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 3x telephoto camera. The Galaxy S23 has a 3,900mAh battery, while the Galaxy S23+ has a 4,700mAh battery.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra has 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage. None of the phones appear to feature LPDDR5X RAM or Wi-Fi 7 which were rumored to be present on Samsung's upcoming flagship phones. All three phones have Gorilla Glass Victus 2, HDR10+, an under-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an IP68 rating, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
All three phones have a 12MP autofocus selfie camera with 4K HDR video recording and 8K 30fps video recording from the rear camera.
