Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy S20 FE or “Fan Edition” today. It has released this new model to bring some of the best Galaxy S20 features to customers at more affordable price. The company does call it a “premium flagship,” though, but that's beside the point.
With the announcement out of the way, it can now get down to the business of selling this phone. Customers across the globe will be able to pre-order the Galaxy S20 FE starting today. It's offering both LTE and 5G variants of the device.
Prices start at $699 in the United States
Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy S20 FE starts at $699 for the 5G variant in the United States. The base variant comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Prices in Europe are a bit higher which is something that we have now come to expect.
The LTE base variant of this device starts at 649 euro while the 8GB and 256GB model is priced at 719 euro. The Galaxy S20 FE 5G costs 749 and 819 euro for the 6/128GB and 8/256GB configurations. Available colors include Cloud Red, Cloud Orange, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy and Cloud White.
You'll be able to place a pre-order for both variants of the Galaxy S20 FE starting today on Samsung.com. The handset is going to be released across the globe on October 2.
