In early October, we got to play with a Galaxy S24 Ultra running One UI 7.0 at the Samsung developer conference (SDC) in the US. And somehow, a YouTuber recently gained access to an engineering sample of the Galaxy S24 Ultra running Android 15 and One UI 7.0 and published a video showing its various changes and improvements in high definition.
This is a pretty surprising leak, and the video appears to have flown under the radar initially. It was published on October 22 and garnered less than 1,800 views in two days, though that will change now that multiple publications have written about it. We're assuming Samsung will soon have it taken down by filing a copyright claim.
Unless, of course, Samsung doesn't care. If it didn't want people to see One UI 7 in action months before its official release with the Galaxy S25 series next year and before the beta program goes live, Samsung wouldn't have left the Galaxy S24 Ultra featured in our One UI 7 hands-on sitting out in the open at SDC.
Still, we have screenshotted some sections of the video in the event that it does get struck and taken down, and you can check them out in the gallery below. Unfortunately, most of what can be seen here has been filmed on camera a few times prior to today, so the list of new things we can learn from this particular video is a little short. See for yourself by hitting the play button above.
