Pre-reserve Galaxy S24 for free and get $50 credit from Samsung

If you are looking to upgrade to the Galaxy S24, you can click this link to pre-reserve the device and get a $50 credit from Samsung. These pre-reservations are completely free, and you don't have to pay anything today. You just need to enter your name and email address, and if you decide to pre-order or purchase the device after the announcement, you can get a $50 credit on Samsung's store. During the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Samsung allowed users to use their pre-reservation $50 credit towards the purchase of its new foldable phones, and it might do the same for the Galaxy S24 series.

The devices will likely go on pre-order soon after the announcement. Pre-order benefits likely include a free upgrade to double the storage and a discount coupon for the Galaxy Buds FE or the Galaxy Watch, depending on the market.

The Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24+ are expected to be available in four colors: Black, Purple, White, and Yellow. The Galaxy S24 Ultra will be available in four colors as well and they are Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Violet, and Titanium Yellow.

What to expect from Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra?

Samsung will likely announce the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra during the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event on January 17, 2024. All three phones are expected to feature Dynamic AMOLED 2x screens with up to 2,600 nits of peak brightness and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader. In Canada, China, and the US, all three phones in the lineup are expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. In the rest of the world, the Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24+ are expected to use the Exynos 2400 processor, while the Galaxy S24 Ultra will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 exclusively.

The Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24+ reportedly have a 12MP selfie camera, a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to feature a 200MP primary camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera with autofocus, a 10MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS and 5x optical zoom (10x optical quality zoom with in-sensor crop).

The Galaxy S24 is said to feature a 6.1-inch Full HD+ screen, a 4,000mAh battery, and 25W fast charging. The Galaxy S24+ has a 6.7-inch QHD+ screen, a 4,900mAh battery, and 45W fast charging. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is equipped with a 6.8-inch QHD+ screen, a 5,000mAh battery, and 45W fast charging. All three phones have 15W wireless charging, 4.5W reverse wireless charging, stereo speakers, Samsung DeX Wireless, Samsung Pay, GPS, 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port.

According to leaks, all three phones have Gorilla Glass Armor protection and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24+ feature Armor Aluminum 2.0 frames, while the Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to feature a titanium frame for added strength. While all three phones in the lineup were expected to feature two-way satellite connectivity, they will likely skip that feature.

All three Galaxy S24 series phones are expected to run Android 14-based One UI 6.1 out of the box, featuring several on-device AI and Generative AI features, including real-time language translation during calls. Other AI features include AI-generated wallpaper effects for the lock screen wallpaper, a wallpaper generator based on text prompts, voice tagging (of ten people) and transliteration in voice recordings, notes summarization in Samsung Notes, and language correction and improvement suggestions via Samsung Keyboard.
