Samsung's Premium Experience Store in Kolkata is located at Park Street and is a one-stop shop and service center for all Samsung products. The store also showcases the company's products in its ecosystem scenario, and a separate section displays how Samsung's SmartThings experience works. For tech-savvy consumers, Samsung will regularly set up ‘Learn @ Samsung' experience workshops to teach consumers how to use new AI features in their everyday lives. The store has a SmartThings Station, an audio-visual zone, a smartphone section, and a wearables section.
The company is showcasing its premium smartphones, including the Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and the Galaxy Z Fold 5, at the Premium Experience Store in Kolkata.
