Samsung's Good Lock is one of the best UI and UX customization apps in the Android ecosystem. It has several modules, each updated with new features and improvements. However, sometimes updates also bring bugs, and one such bug related to icon alignment exists in the QuickStar module.

The company says the bug will be fixed later this year.

QuickStar's icon alignment bug for Chinese and Korean characters will be fixed with an update

Samsung's official forum moderator has announced (via SammyFans) that QuickStar's icon alignment bug will be reviewed and fixed with the One UI 7.0 update. This information was revealed in the Samsung Community Forum for South Korea. This bug is related to the misalignment of icons when the clock on the top right corner of the screen contains Chinese or Korean characters.

Good Lock QuickStar Icon Alignment Bug Fix Coming One UI 7.0 Update

While the QuickStar module can be updated individually, Samsung's software engineers might be busy with the upcoming One UI 6.1.1 update. This update is expected to be released in a few weeks after the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6. Then, the company will be busy preparing and testing the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update.

The story continues after the video below.

The One UI 6.1.1 update will reportedly bring many new Galaxy AI features to eligible high-end phones. The Android 15 (One UI 7.0) update is expected to bring many new operating system-level features to Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
