The Galaxy S21 FE was featured in a short hands-on video yesterday, so we hope you're ready for the next level. An early Galaxy S21 FE unboxing and first impressions video just popped up on YouTube, and it reveals even more about the upcoming Fan Edition device.
First off, the contents of the box. It's an eco-friendly retail box, meaning you won't be getting a lot of extra stuff. There's the usual documentation and a USB-C cable. There are no headphones included, and despite earlier reports, the wall charger also appears to have been excluded.
It seems unfit for a Fan Edition device, but this is the new way and most people have accepted this new standard or learned to ignore it, so let’s move on to the phone itself.
Matte suits the Galaxy S21 FE well
This time, the Galaxy S21 FE comes with a graphite color finish. The phone you're looking at is rocking the Snapdragon 888 chipset, though some models, denoted by the “E” model number, will be headed for many Asian countries with an Exynos 2100 chipset under the hood.
Once again, the Galaxy S21 FE will be available in olive green, lavender, and white colors, aside from graphite.
It has a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and it's 5G-enabled. Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S21 FE in early January at CES, though we are still waiting for official confirmation.
