Ahead of CES 2024, to display its ‘AI Screen Era', Samsung unveiled its new range of AI-based 4K and 8K Neo QLED TVs. The new Samsung QLED TV has enhanced connectivity and features, all powered by the latest AI processor. The top-of-the-line, 2024 Neo QLED 8K TV comes onboard with the NQ8 AI Gen 3 AI processor. The new QLED TVs are brighter and have a glare-free coating.

Notably, the NQ8 AI Gen 3 AI processor is Samsung's AI-based neural quantum processor, unveiled at ‘The First Look' held in Las Vegas before CES 2024, which is slated to begin on January 9th, Tuesday. The NQ8 AI Gen 3 AI processor is the South Korean giant's most powerful TV processor to date. It houses 512 neural networks, eight times more than the previous year, and boasts an NPU, twice as fast as the earlier processor, as stated by Samsung Electronics. Apart from the powerful processor underneath, the QLED 8K TV comes with wireless speakers and a soundbar with Samsung's advanced sound technology, Q-Symphony, dynamic tracking sound, crystal clear voice quality, and seamless integration.

The QLED 8K TV runs on the Tizen OS, where in 2024, Samsung introduced content recommendations for each registered account for a personal viewing experience for each member of the family. The new TV will also be equipped with the Samsung Daily+ function for an overview of the content and will be packed with accessibility features such as the world's first Audio Subtitle feature, using AI and OCR to convert speech into subtitles in real-time.
