Earlier today, Samsung said it is offering free knob locks or covers to owners of certain slide-in electric ranges in the USA. These slide-in electric ranges were sold between 2013 and 2024 in the USA. It said it received reports that the knobs of its front-mounted range could be activated accidentally by people or pets. To get the free knob covers or locks, people owning the following Samsung slide-in electric range models can visit this webpage or call this number. They can also reach Samsung by calling 1-833-775-0120 from 9:00 AM. to 8:00 PM. ET Monday through Friday. They can also email Samsung at [email protected].
