Samsung had released the Expert RAW camera app for the Galaxy S21 Ultra two months ago. The app had a few issues, and the South Korean firm had fixed some of them with a new version. A few days ago, the company announced that it would release a new version of the app to fix the remaining bugs and improve the performance.
A new version of the Expert RAW camera app (1.0.00.21) was published by tipster IceUniverse (@UniverseIce). You can download the app from the link mentioned towards the end of the article and install it on your Galaxy S21 Ultra. We haven't tested the app yet, but if Samsung has stayed true to its promise, the new version of the app should fix problems related to bad pixels when using telephoto cameras.
The company might have also fixed issues related to image quality in highly bright or saturated scenes. The bug related to shutter speed information when capturing long exposure images may have been solved. The previous version of the Expert RAW camera app didn't work well with voice commands, and Samsung might have fixed that as well.
Since many users are asking for it, Samsung said that it would make the app compatible with more high-end smartphones in the future, but there is no specific timeline for it.
