Two months ago, Samsung had released the Expert RAW camera app for the Galaxy S21 series. After the launch, the company released an update to the app to fix critical bugs. Now, the South Korean firm has announced that it will release another update later this month.
A moderator of the Samsung Members forum announced that a new version of the Expert RAW camera app will be released on January 22, 2022. The app can be updated via Galaxy Store and it will bring bug fixes and performance improvements. It will fix the shutter speed information bug when shooting images with a long exposure time.
The updated app will also fix the bad pixel problem that sometimes arises when using the telephoto camera. It will also fix the error which can sometimes appear while shooting extremely bright scenes or highly saturated subjects. Samsung's team has also fixed the voice command bug in the Settings menu.
The moderator also mentioned that the company will add support for devices that have good image sensors and fast processors. We tested the Expert RAW app using the Galaxy S21 Ultra and came up pretty impressed.
