Your beta feedback is no longer processed
Samsung urges beta participants to update to the official live version of One UI 5.1.1 and reminds beta participants of the changes that happen once a beta program ends. Namely:
- New beta software versions are no longer issued.
- Samsung no longer provides official responses to comments made in beta.
- Beta feedback will be deprecated.
In addition, once users update their Galaxy devices to the public One UI 5.1.1 build, they will no longer see comments submitted in the beta, including feedback and community posts. If these users have further suggestions, they can submit them through the Samsung Members app on the live firmware.
One UI 5.1.1 brings new multitasking capabilities to the Galaxy Z Flip 4, Z Fold 4, and Tab S8 series, including new drag-and-drop functionalities, improvements to Multi-View and Pop-up View, a better taskbar for the Z Fold 4 and Tab S8 series, and a variety of other tweaks to Samsung apps.
Looking forward, Samsung is expected to open the One UI 6.0 beta program for more devices besides the Galaxy S23. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 should be eligible for the upcoming One UI 6.0 beta program. But whether the Galaxy Tab S8 series will join them or get the update once it's ready to go public is to be determined.
