While everyone has their eyes set on the upcoming foldables from Samsung, another Samsung smartphone is inching closer to its launch. Samsung has a phone for every price point, and the new phone that is listed on the NBTC certification website is a budget phone, that goes by the name Galaxy A04. Recently, it was spotted at the FCC and Wi-Fi Alliance, with model number SM-A045F/DS.
The Galaxy A04 with model number SM-A045F/DS (DS means dual-sim) appeared on the NBTC website, this time revealing the moniker of the phone. Alongside NBTC, the Galaxy A04 budget smartphone has also cleared BIS certification as per reports. The Samsung Galaxy A04 will be the successor to last year's Galaxy A03. What is more exciting is that since the device has already appeared on multiple certification websites, the launch seems imminent.
Apart from the moniker, there is nothing much revealed about the Galaxy A04 on the NBTC certification website. It is speculated that it will come with a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging. The Galaxy A04 should run on the Android 12 OS and the Core version of One UI 4.0. Apart from this, other details about the device are still under wraps. But this NBTC and BIS visit, and its previous visits to the FCC and Wi-Fi Alliance, all hint that we aren't too far from its official release.
