Last month, we learned that Samsung is developing the Galaxy A06. Since then, the company got the upcoming smartphone certified by the FCC and also tested it on Geekbench, and both of those things revealed many key specifications of the device and suggested that its launch is near. The certification from Bluetooth SIG just mentions three models of the Galaxy A06: SM-A065M, SM-A065M_DS, and SM-A065F_DS. Whereas, the UL Demko certification reveals that the upcoming phone will have a 15W charging speed. We assume that this is the amount of power that the in-box charger will be able to provide. The phone might support up to 25W charging, similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy A05.
With these two certifications, the Galaxy A06 is now one step closer to launch. Expect Samsung to get the upcoming smartphone certified by multiple other authorities in the next few weeks leading up to the launch. The Galaxy A06 will have the MediaTek Helio G85 processor and ship with Android 14, mostly likely topped with One UI 6.1. One of the variants of the upcoming smartphone will pack 4GB RAM. The phone will accommodate two SIM cards and support the 4G LTE network. There will be no support for 5G. Other connectivity options will include dual-band Wi-Fi ac. Hopefully, we will get to know more about the phone soon.
