Samsung launches Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23 in India

After launching the Galaxy A13 and the Galaxy A23 in Europe earlier this month, Samsung has launched the two smartphones in India today. Both phones can be purchased via Samsung India's online store. The Galaxy A13 is available in three memory configurations, while the Galaxy A23 is being sold in two variants. Let us have a look at their prices.

The Galaxy A13 has a starting price of INR 14,999 for the variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the phone is priced at INR 15,999, while the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant costs INR 17,499. The Galaxy A13 is available in four color variants: Black, Light Blue, Orange, and White.

The Galaxy A23 is priced at INR 19,499 for the variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs INR 20,999. The smartphone is available in Black, Light Blue, and Orange color variants. Samsung isn't offering any early discounts on the two smartphones.

Galaxy A13 features

The Galaxy A13 features a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display, Exynos 850 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, a microSD card slot, and a 5,000mAh battery. Although it supports up to 25W fast charging, Samsung is bundling only a 15W charger with the phone. The phone runs Android 12-based One UI 4.1 software out of the box.

The device has a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The Galaxy A13 has an 8MP front-facing camera. The phone supports up to Full HD video recording. It has a dual-SIM card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, a fingerprint reader, and a headphone jack.

Galaxy A23 features

The Galaxy A23 has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display, the Snapdragon 680 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a microSD card slot. It runs Android 12-based One UI 4.1 out of the box and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. It supports up to 25W fast charging but comes bundled only with a 15W charger.

Samsung has equipped the Galaxy A23 with a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The rear camera can record 4K 30fps videos. At the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera. Other features include a dual-SIM card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, a headphone jack, and a fingerprint reader.
