Samsung is developing at least two new phones as part of its 2025 mid-range and budget lineups. According to our friends at GalaxyClub, the company is currently testing the Galaxy A16 and Galaxy A06, successors to the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A05.
At this time, Samsung is testing a 5G variant of the Galaxy A16 that carries the model number SM-A166B. An LTE variant hasn't been spotted, and with 5G networks becoming more and more common, even in some developing markets, it's possible Samsung will launch only a 5G-equipped variant.

The opposite is likely to be true for the Galaxy A06. Samsung is testing a 4G variant of this phone (model number SM-A065M), and the budget nature of the Galaxy A0x lineup makes it unlikely that Samsung will spend resources on developing a 5G variant. It also remains to be seen if there will be an ‘s' variant of the A06.
As far as the specs of these phones are concerned, no information is available right now. There's no telling when these phones will go official, either. The Galaxy A05 was officially announced in September last year and the Galaxy A15 launched in December, and for now, we can expect Samsung to stick to a similar schedule for the Galaxy A06 and Galaxy A16.
