Samsung launches the affordable Galaxy A33 5G in South Korea

After launching the Galaxy A33 5G in India a few months ago, Samsung has launched the smartphone in South Korea today. The affordable Galaxy A33 5G comes with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a mid-range phone. The Galaxy A33 5G is expected to elevate the mid-range experience in Samsung's home country.

The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G comes with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. There is a 48MP primary camera equipped with OIS, along with an 8MP ultrawide, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera. There is a U-shaped notch at the front, housing the 13MP front-facing camera.

Samsung has bundled the Galaxy A33 5G with some cool features, including the advanced Night Mode, improved Portrait Mode, and Photo Remaster that tunes up your old or low-quality photos in a single click. The Galaxy A33 5G is powered by the Exynos 1280 5nm processor and rocks a 5,000 mAh battery. There is 128GB of internal storage on offer, and IP67 water and dust protection.

In South Korea, Samsung has launched the Galaxy A33 5G as unlocked and on three mobile carriers. The price is set at KRW 499,400 and there are three colors to choose from: Awesome Blue, Awesome Black, and Awesome White. The owner will also get two months of YouTube Premium for free.
