Samsung briefly took over the iconic Sphere in Las Vegas to promote the new era of Galaxy innovations and the upcoming Galaxy S24 series at Unpacked. The company has teamed up with Marvel Studios' “What If..?” Season 2, now streaming exclusively on Disney+, to promote its Galaxy brand and next-gen flagship while CES was happening.

The tech giant is now sharing the ad in a video on YouTube titled “The Portal to a New Galaxy.” You can watch it below. It features Doctor Strange, and near the end, it lights up the words “Epic discoveries await. A new era is coming with Galaxy” on the epic Sphere in Las Vegas.

In a recent press release, EVP and Head of Marketing of Mobile eXperience Business said “We are ushering in a new era of innovation at Galaxy Unpacked, introducing AI experiences on mobile like never before.”

Galaxy S24, the first AI phone, is coming soon

As the Sphere proudly proclaims, the next Unpacked event will take place on January 17. However, Samsung will host Unpacked in San Jose, California, rather than Las Vegas.

Samsung says “A new era is coming with Galaxy AI.” So far, the company has managed to keep almost everything about its new Galaxy S24 AI features under wraps. One confirmed feature is AI Live Translate Call. Other rumored AI tools include Browsing Assist AI and AI-powered slow-motion video.

For fans of the flagship series, Samsung has launched a reservation program in countries where the Galaxy S24 is bound to become available for pre-order on January 17. Customers who show their interest in the Galaxy S24 early can get a discount on the next flagship and other prizes.

The Galaxy S24 series will look almost the same as the Galaxy S23, except the base and Plus models have flat frames, and the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a flat display. Expected hardware upgrades include faster chips and brighter screens, among others.
