Samsung has just announced the Galaxy Book 4 laptop series. More specifically, the company unveiled the Galaxy Book 4 Pro (available in two sizes), Book 4 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book 4 Ultra. There may or may not be a non-Pro model in the works, but here's what we know so far about color options, pricing, and availability for the laptops Samsung revealed today.
The Galaxy Book 4 series will debut in Korea on January 2. It will be available online and offline at Samsung stores and retail partners. Release details for other regions are missing as of this writing, but Samsung says the new laptops will progressively be made available in select markets.
Pricing and color options
The Galaxy Book 4 Pro will go on sale in Korea for the starting price of 1.88 million won ($1,453), and depending on the screen size, CPU, and memory configuration, the price can go as high as 2.89 million won ($2,234). Color options include Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver.
The 2-in-1 Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 variant will hit the Korean market in the same color options. Prices start at 2.59 million won ($2,000) and can climb up to 3.14 million won ($2,427).
Last but certainly not least, the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra will debut in only one color option, Moonstone Gray. It starts at 3.36 million won ($2,597). The most powerful Book 4 Ultra configuration will be available for 5.09 million won ($3,933).
If you can't wait until January or later to buy the Book 4, you can still purchase the Galaxy Book 3 online right now. Nevertheless, if you can delay your purchase, we recommend waiting until the new lineup hits the shelves before you pull out your credit card.
