Samsung might bring the successor to its current-generation affordable fitness tracker later this year. The Galaxy Fit 2 was launched over two years ago, and its successor might be launched this year, according to some rumors.
A post found on the Samsung Members community forum talks about the possible launch of the Galaxy Fit 3 later this year. However, if things get delayed, the launch may be pushed back to early 2023. Apart from this launch window, no other information about the upcoming fitness tracker was leaked, so we should take this information with a pinch of salt.
The Galaxy Fit 2 has a color touchscreen display, accelerometer, gyro, heart rate monitor, sleep tracking, camera remote controller, basic watch features, and 15-day battery life. If Samsung launches its successor, it should ideally bring a bigger display, better fitness tracking accuracy, SpO2 tracking, more watch faces, more features, and longer battery life.
