Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy S23 FE in South Korea, one day before the phone's launch in France. We want to remind you that the Galaxy S23 FE was announced a couple of months ago, and it was first launched in India and then in the US. The device is expected to go on sale in several European countries soon.

Galaxy S23 FE is available in 256GB version in South Korea

The 256GB version of the Galaxy S23 FE is priced at KRW 847,000 ($640) in South Korea. It is available in four colors: Cream, Graphite, Mint, and Purple. People in South Korea can buy the Galaxy S23 FE through Samsung Stores, Samsung.com, telecom carriers, and several authorized online and offline retailers across the country. The phone will be available in two additional colors—Indigo and Tangerine—only through Samsung Store Gangnam and Samsung.com.

Those who buy the Galaxy S23 FE by December 22 will get either the Galaxy SmartTag 2 or the 25W Power Saving Charger for free. These gifts can be selected through the Samsung Shop app. Those who buy the phone by December 31 can get a 50% discount on select desserts from the CU convenience store and a coupon for the game Collapse: Star Trail from Hoyo Bus, which also made the game Honkai: Star Trail. Those who activate their Galaxy S23 FE before the end of this month can also get a fur-month YouTube Premium subscription and a six-month Microsoft 365 subscription for free.

It has a 10MP selfie camera on the front. On the rear, it has a 50MP primary camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. It can record 4K 60fps videos using its front and primary rear cameras. The ultrawide and telephoto cameras are limited to 4K 30fps videos.

Samsung has several offers for Galaxy S23 FE in Korea

In line with the South Korean government's vision of reducing household communication costs, Samsung has created the Galaxy Perfect program. It offers Galaxy S23 FE buyers a 50% trade-in value for their old phones that were purchased 24 months (or less) ago. Samsung's Galaxy Trial program will be available for the first 600 people who apply on Samsung.com and Samsung Stores at 10 locations in South Korea on December 8. Those people can use the Galaxy S23 FE to their heart's content for 14 days and return it if they don't like it. Those ten stores are Samsung Gangnam, Samsung Hongdae, Samsung Bucheon Jung-dong, Samsung Cheongdam, Samsung Yeonsu Songdo, Samsung Bundang, Samsung Daejeon, Samsung Sangmu, Samsung Dongdaegu, and Samsung Changwon.

Samsung is partnering with various brands, including Pickles the Frog, Jo Guman Studio, and Kakao Friends, to allow users to customize their cases for the Galaxy S23 FE. The company is also launching the Smart View Wallet Case, Silicon Case, and Clear Gadget Case for the Galaxy S23 FE in South Korea.
