Samsung isn't done launching tablets for the current year. After launching the Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra last week, the South Korean firm is ready to launch two mid-range tablets, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+.
Now, the upcoming Tab FE-series tablets have been confirmed by Samsung France. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ were mentioned on the company's website (spotted by Roland Quandt), confirming their existence. The design and some specifications of one of these tablets were reported a few weeks ago.
Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ specifications
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ seems to have dimensions similar to the Galaxy Tab S7 FE. It is rumored to feature a 12.4-inch display, similar to the Galaxy Tab S7 FE. It is expected to feature the Exynos 1380 processor, which is faster than the Snapdragon 750G used in the Galaxy Tab S7 FE's Wi-Fi-only version and as fast as the Snapdragon 778G used in the Galaxy Tab S7 FE's 5G version.
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ passed through the FCC certification a few days ago, and supporting documents reveal that the upcoming mid-range tablet will have GPS, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, an S Pen, a dual-camera setup on the rear, and stereo speakers. The tablet will be available in Wi-Fi-only (SM-X610) and 5G (SM-X616B) versions.
