Samsung has expanded its Fan Edition lineup to include more than a phone. Today, the company unveiled the Galaxy S23 FE, its first pair of FE-branded wireless earbuds, and not one, but two new Fan Edition tablets. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ arrive roughly two months after the flagship Tab S9 series and are supposed to enable the complete Samsung tablet experience at a lower price.
How much does the Galaxy Tab S9 FE cost? And when can you buy one? Samsung announced today that the Galaxy Tab S9 FE starts at $449/€529. This price corresponds to the Wi-Fi Tab S9 FE with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There's also an 8GB+256GB model.
The Plus variant features 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, or 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Both the Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ are available with Wi-Fi-only or 5G/LTE connectivity.

The new Fan Edition tablets will hit the shelves soon
Samsung will release the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series in select markets next week. You can pre-order the tablet today, but officially, it will start shipping to customers on October 10. Some markets might get the tablets later than others.
No matter which Tab S9 FE model you choose, you have four color options from which to pick: Mint, Silver, Gray, and Lavender.
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE has a 10.9-inch TFT LCD, whereas the Plus model sports a larger 12.4-inch TFT LCD, following in the Tab S7 FE's footsteps. However, the newer models benefit from Vision Booster technology and offer a refresh rate of up to 90Hz.
The latest tablets are powered by the Exynos 1380 chip and Samsung says they should offer up to 20 hours of video playback on a single charge, making them great multimedia machines. They also ship with a slightly improved S Pen and apps like Goodnotes, LumaFusion, and Clip Studio Paint. The Tab S9 FE series runs Android 13 and One UI 5.1.1, and it will receive four big OS upgrades.
