A couple of weeks ago, Samsung unveiled its plan to launch the Galaxy Z Flip 4 Maison Margiela Edition. Today, the company announced that the limited-edition smartphone would be launched in South Korea on December 1, 2022. The smartphone is priced at KRW 2,500,000 (around $1,906).

Samsung is selling just 100 units of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 Maison Margiela in South Korea, and users can apply to purchase the device from Samsung's website on December 1 from 11 AM to 6 PM. Lucky winners will be announced on December 2, 2022. The device will also be available from KREAM, a platform that deals with limited-edition products.

The phone will be displayed at Daechi Main Store, Gangnam Main Store, Hongdae Main Store, Lotte Department Store, Myeongdong Main Store, Samsung Digital Plaza, and The Hyundai Seoul Maison Margiela Store from November 25 to December 2, 2022.

What's Galaxy Z Flip 4 Maison Margiela Edition

Maison Margiela is a haute couture brand from Paris. It designed a special-edition version of the Galaxy Z Flip 4. It features Maison Margiela's signature white color. The back of the phone has a design that resembles the internal circuit of the smartphone. The software features the rough paint brush effect and an X-ray scan background.

The phone comes with a leather case that uses the Bianchetto technique, which looks like gray paint on a white canvas. The Silicon case for the smartphone has a ring with the number 11, a symbol of the Maison Margiela brand.
